Proposals in this category should outline initiatives designed to incentivize platform usage, facilitate onboarding, promote education, and encourage sustained community participation. Submissions may include, but are not limited to, bounties, meme campaigns, events, guild programs, and regional engagement efforts.

All proposals must follow the required structure below:

1. **Title**  
A concise and descriptive name for the initiative.

2. **Abstract**  
A single-paragraph summary that clearly explains the purpose of the proposal and its intended impact on the Magic Eden community.

3. **Motivation**  
A clear statement of how the proposal benefits the Magic Eden community, with emphasis on platform growth, retention, and engagement.

4. **Key Terms**  
Definitions of any specialized terms, acronyms, or concepts that are essential for community members to understand the proposal.

5. **Specification**  
A detailed overview of the initiative, including:

6. **Benefits/Risks**  
A concise comparison of the expected benefits versus potential risks, including any mitigations for identified risks.

7. **Outcomes**  
A definition of what success looks like, including measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that will be used to track impact and effectiveness.

8. **Cost Summary**  
The total cost of the proposal, denominated in both $ME and nominal USD terms. Provide a breakdown of expenses as specifically as possible, along with the projected timeline for each expenditure.

9. **Performance Milestones**  
A schedule for regular updates to the community, including progress reports against the stated KPIs, budget tracking, and any necessary adjustments to the plan.

**Expectations:**  
Proposals should be supported by relevant data, historical precedent, or comparable case studies where possible. The submission should demonstrate a clear and direct benefit to the Magic Eden community and align with its long-term goals.
