    – Based on sales volume, community activity, or cultural relevance.
    -7 day performance and change, news related to the said collection
  • New launches of the week
    – Promising new collection mint via ME launchpad and across different chains.
    – Early trends and buzz analysis
  • Top gainers and losers
    – Data-driven insights into weekly floor price changes.
    – Helps traders understand volatility and identify opportunities from lesser known collection.
    –Onboard projects early
  • New updates on Magic Eden
    – Highlights from within the platform (new tools, UI updates, staking options, etc.).
    – Relevant ecosystem-wide updates

Major key element in this is that I will be creating this content while wearing my very own custom made Mocaverse NFT headpiece that brings a unique take on proliferating NFT culture back into the audience. This brings a new and personal touch while covering latest news in the ecosystem that is often limited to just twitter threads and paid post.

Tldr; This proposal aims to create curated updates, highlights of the week on ME and spotlight for both existing and emerging projects in a concise engaging format.

Rationale:

This is valuable for both degens and NFT traders who are new to trading and exploring Magic Eden as their first dApp. With content being posted across X, Instagram and Twitter new people are more likely to know about NFTs and ME and see it as their go-to platform while entering the web3 ecosystem.

All of this can be sorted out within few points:-

  • User engagement and retention: Regular, reliable updates encourage traders to revisit Magic Eden, increasing stickiness and community trust.
  • Market Authority: Establishing Magic Eden as a go-to source for NFT-related news, data, and insights, enhancing credibility in a competitive market.
  • Onboarding New Users: Digestible content makes it easier for newcomers to understand the NFT landscape and engage with trading opportunities.
  • Differentiation: Few platforms provide structured, data-backed weekly insights. Offering this adds value beyond trading functionalities compared to other platforms that just try to increase their volume numbers by promising airdrop opportunities which end up manipulating markets and hurt floor price.

Plan:

First off is setting up a little production setup consisting solely for Magic Eden’s Magic Breakdown. Then comes the following research for every week such as :-

  • Data Collection:
    –Taking stats from Magic Eden’s leaderboard for real time accuracy on weekly basis for content creation
    – Scouting CT for announcement, partnerships etc for potential collections and launches.
  • Content Production:
    – Making straight forward and clear market breakdown for all sorts audience across different social media platforms to create awareness about NFTs and its price moment.
    – Long form videos, snippets and memes based off on Emmy.
  • Consistency
    -Weekly published videos breaking down last week’s market and what to expect in coming week
    – Template driven structure for efficiency and reliability.
  • Long term vision
    – Onboarding crypto naive people ultimately increasing the userbase.
    – Encouraging people who trade NFTs elsewhere to become active collectors and traders on Magic Eden.
