Product Improvement Impact Program

Proposals in this category should recommend new products, new product features, or modifications to existing products that can enhance the Magic Eden platform and community experience. Ideas that meet quorum will receive a formal response from the Magic Eden team within one (1) week. A quorum-reaching proposal will earn the proposer a 1,000 $ME bounty, regardless of whether the recommendation is approved for implementation.

All proposals must follow the required structure below:

  1. Title
A clear and concise name for the proposed product, feature, or improvement.

  2. Abstract
A single-paragraph summary describing the proposed change, its purpose, and its potential community benefit.

  3. Motivation
An explanation of the specific problem, gap, or opportunity this proposal addresses, and how it would improve the Magic Eden platform or user experience.

  4. Key Terms
Definitions of any relevant technical concepts, product terminology, or market references needed for community understanding.

  5. Specification
    A detailed outline of:

    • The new product, feature, or improvement being proposed.

    • Functional and/or technical requirements.

    • Suggested implementation steps or considerations.

    • Compatibility or integration needs with existing Magic Eden systems.

  6. Benefits/Risks
A brief evaluation of the expected positive impact versus potential risks, limitations, or unintended consequences, including any mitigation approaches.

  7. Outcomes
A clear description of what success would look like if implemented, along with proposed KPIs (e.g., user adoption, increased transactions, reduced friction, improved retention).

Expectations:
Proposals should be well-reasoned, concise, and supported with evidence where possible. While meeting quorum guarantees a timely review and bounty, it does not guarantee implementation—final decisions rest with the Magic Eden team after feasibility and strategic alignment assessments.

I have some questions please

How do you submit a proposal/ trial proposal? Do you create a new topic or is it a reply to the trial proposals thread? Do all the categries follow the same workflow path?
Sorry if this all seems easy to understand. I’m just unsure and want to follow the community guidelines
