Proposals in this category should request resources to support projects that build tools, dashboards, content, integrations, and decentralized applications (dApps) that directly benefit the Magic Eden community and broader ecosystem. These initiatives should strengthen platform capabilities, improve user experience, or expand the reach and utility of $ME. Specifically, any product is required to include either the use of $ME or use a portion of fees generated to buy and burn $ME.

All proposals must follow the required structure below:

  1. Title
    A concise and descriptive name for the project or initiative.

  2. Abstract
    A single-paragraph summary outlining the core objective, scope, and intended community impact.

  3. Motivation
    A statement explaining how the project strengthens the Magic Eden ecosystem, supports $ME holders, or expands utility for platform participants.

  4. Key Terms
    Definitions of any technical terms, blockchain concepts, or domain-specific vocabulary necessary for community understanding.

  5. Specification
    A detailed breakdown including:

    • The specific tool, product, or resource to be built.

    • Technical requirements and planned technology stack.

    • A step-by-step implementation process.

    • Any partnerships, integrations, or API usage.

    • A projected timeline with defined stages or deliverables.

  6. Benefits/Risks
    A brief, balanced assessment of expected benefits to the community versus potential risks or limitations, including mitigation strategies.

  7. Outcomes
    Clear success criteria and measurable KPIs (e.g., active users, transactions facilitated, content published, or integrations completed).

  8. Cost Summary
    The total funding requested, denominated in both $ME and nominal USD terms. Provide a detailed breakdown of anticipated expenses with an associated timeline for disbursement.

  9. Performance Milestones
    Defined checkpoints for community updates, progress reports against KPIs, and verification of deliverables prior to further funding releases.

Expectations:
Proposals should be grounded in realistic technical execution, include any precedent or market research supporting feasibility, and demonstrate tangible long-term benefits for the Magic Eden ecosystem.
