Proposal: Locked In Podcast & Magic Eden Ecosystem Spotlight

Abstract

Locked In is a founder and creator focused podcast hosted by Crypto Grit. Three full episodes are already produced, with the fourth one recorded, so the recording, editing, and publishing pipeline is fully operational. I have been making YouTube content for three years and understand long form storytelling, retention, thumbnails, SEO, and short form repurposing.

This proposal covers a three month trial where the Locked In production flow is directed toward Magic Eden. The output includes two Magic Eden aligned podcast episodes per month, ten short form clips per month, and two standalone Magic Eden videos covering features, collections, tools, or launches.

The goal is to expand Magic Eden’s visibility through video content across YouTube, Spotify, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Shorts with a consistent content system that is easy to measure and low risk.


Purpose

Magic Eden has a strong mindshare on X but is underrepresented on other platforms and across video content overall. YouTube search, Shorts, Spotify, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn all present large opportunities.

There is a clear need for recurring long form conversations, short form discovery clips, and targeted videos that break down ME features and collections.

This trial tests whether a lean two-person team can deliver reliable multi platform impressions, improve discoverability, and build a consistent narrative around Magic Eden.

Magic Eden Presence in All Content

I publish one long form episode per week.
Every episode during the trial, even non ME episodes, will include a small Magic Eden banner, mention in descriptions or pinned comments, and graphic placements inside the video, so Magic Eden remains visible across the full content schedule.

This ensures consistent, ecosystem-wide visibility throughout the trial.

If KPIs fall short, I will continue producing Magic Eden related content until the agreed targets are met, even beyond the three month window.

This allows us to increase both efficiency and quality, and devote more time to the podcast, which will ultimately bring more visibility to Magic Eden.

Final Report

A complete post trial report will include:

• Total impressions and engagement across each platform
• Shorts performance breakdown
• YouTube watch time and retention
• List of Magic Eden placements across all content
• Summary of results achieved with recommended next steps

This ensures full transparency and accountability to the DAO.


Closing Note

I already produce this type of content for the wider Web3 and gaming audience. This proposal simply directs that existing momentum toward Magic Eden for three months, supported by strong guests from the Solana ecosystem. If KPIs fall short, I will continue producing additional Magic Eden content until the agreed impression targets are met.
